JOB SUMMARY
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at ONEOK, you will play a pivotal role in building a diverse workforce to drive organizational success among the region of our business in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. You will work closely with various stakeholders to provide innovative, strategic sourcing solutions across various roles and ensure a great candidate experience from application to onboarding. This role is right for you if you want to provide recruiting solutions to build, develop and foster robust talent pipelines for existing and future needs of the organization.The ideal candidate will be located in ND, SD, or WY near ONEOK’s regional facilities and operations. This position involves travel and outreach to regional facilities and recruitment events as well as periodic travel to ONEOK’s headquarters in Tulsa, OK.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve business objectives.
Provide strategic support and proactively partner with hiring leaders through workforce planning to on-boarding new hires.
Create strategies to develop and foster strong talent pipelines for existing and future workforce needs.
Function as a regional employment market expert and provide innovative recruiting and hiring solutions; advise on trends in the market and recruiting practices of talent competitors.
Develop key relationships with area schools and skills center.
Utilize relevant technologies in digital, social media and job boards to proactively source and hire candidates.
Create and participate in in-house career events as well as participate in events in surrounding markets as part of the implementation of talent strategies and building ONEOK’s employer brand.
Partner and collaborate with HR business partners and recruiting team members to facilitate sharing of regional knowledge and awareness of positions and internal talent.
Provide on-going and reoccurring education and training for hiring leaders as it relates to best practices and interview skills training.
Ensure diverse candidate slates for consideration and encourages strategic approaches for incorporating diversity in the search process.
Manage data and timelines associated with the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or other related field.
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and demonstrated leadership experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies.
Experience in developing and implementing diverse recruiting strategies.
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of: labor relations activities including contract negotiations, contract interpretation, grievances, arbitration, and charges
Knowledge of: company organization and operations, work rules, and employee job functions
Ability to: apply math and algebraic formulas
Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information or instructions; conduct oral presentations and/or meetings
Licenses and Certifications
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI preferred
Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) preferred
