We expect you to work with the stakeholders and be able to ensure reliable and cost competitive solutions for our customers. </span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><b><span>As a Senior Engineer, you will work mainly with following topics</span></b></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Analyze customer and consultant specifications related to Advanced People Flow solutions</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Design project specific solution and create relevant customer approval documents </span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Support our tendering teams in defining KONE solutions</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Manage the quality of the solutions throughout the customer projects</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Facilitate design quality reviews and ensure alignment with solution architecture</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Collaborate with R&amp;D on new product development by prioritizing the identified customer needs</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Provide trainings and support other engineering teams with your expertise </span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (KONE supply line, R&amp;D, front line, third parties, customers)</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Serve as point of contact for APF related questions from front line or customer</span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><b><span>Education and core skills</span></b></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent area</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>5+ years of technical background in software or electrical engineering</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Self-driven team player with good collaboration, networking and influencing skills</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Problem solving skills and ability to make informed decisions</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Customer orientation and innovation skills</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Good skills in English </span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Ability to work under pressure</span></span></p><p></p><p><span><b><span>Following skills are asset</span></b></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Knowledge of APF solutions (Monitoring solutions, Access control, Destination control…)</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Knowledge of Electrical engineering tools (e.g. Svertex, Autocad, EPLAN) </span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Expertise in Electrical engineering and/or Software engineering</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Knowledge of manufacturing and operational processes</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Understanding of elevator system and sub-systems</span></span></p><p><span>·<span><span>      </span> </span></span><span><span>Experience of Lean, Six sigma and Agile practices and ways of working</span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><b><span>We offer</span></b></span></p><p><span><span>We can offer strong support in your personal growth and global opportunities for future career development at KONE.
