Position Summary

Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance professionals are leaders in optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization, from strategy to implementation and operation. By joining our team, you can help clients achieve impact and value from their investments in both people and technology that support enterprise-wide operations, as well as solutions for specific functions in the organization, from IT to finance and the supply chain.

 

Work you’ll do 

  • Audit Remediation: Conduct thorough walkthroughs and create detailed process documentation and process flows.
  • Internal Controls: Evaluate and enhance internal controls, perform control gap analysis, and identify root causes of deficiencies.
  • NFRs/CAPs: Develop and manage Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to address identified issues.
  • Financial Reporting Systems: Review and analyze financial reporting systems process flows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial/Inventory Controls: Assess and improve financial and inventory controls to ensure robust financial management practices.
  • Financial Reconciliations: Develop and enhance financial reconciliations for financial data between source and accounting systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

 

Qualifications 

Required:  

  • 3+ years of experience in audit or audit remediation, with a strong understanding of foundational accounting principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in conducting walkthroughs, creating process documentation/process flows, and performing internal controls/control gap analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
  • Financial Systems: Experience with reviewing and evaluating financial reporting systems and financial/inventory controls.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Active Secret security clearance required 
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
