Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in finance, accounting, and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) to support and improve back-office processes.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze data to support decision-making.
• Map current and future business processes.
• Propose and design process/technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement changes.
• Communicate findings and updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Participate in testing and validation of new systems.
• Identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in finance/accounting and CRM (Salesforce is a plus).
• Solid business analysis and documentation skills.
• Great communicator and problem-solver.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
