You’ll work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:

• Competitive Pay: $18.00–$20.52/hr based on experience, education, and shift

  • • • Earn up to $0.50/hr in shift differentials
      • Earn an additional $0.25/hr with a Bachelor's degree
      • Earn an additional $0.29/hr if you have an active CNA
      • $1/hr increase to base pay with an active NADSP Level 1 Certification

• Multiple Shifts: Full-time, part-time and on-call. Days (7am-3pm), Evenings (3pm-11pm), Overnights (11pm-7am), & Weekend Only Options! 
• Multiple Locations:Tobyhanna, Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg, Scranton, Dickson City, Mount Pocono, Newfoundland, Greentown, Cresco and Canadensis.

As a Direct Support Professional at Devereux, you will provide safe, supportive care to residents at the Pocono Center, ensuring their physical, emotional, and personal needs are met. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, supporting daily routines and community outings, attending training sessions, and completing special assignments as directed by the coordinator.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year preferred of human service experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Valid driver’s license.
