Job Description
The Project Manager is a core team member of the Office of the Foundation President and partners with the Foundation President, Project Consultant and team to execute cross-functional projects related to system goals and initiatives that support the Foundation’s fundraising effort. The Project Manager reports to the Project Consultant and will be involved in departmental meetings and communication, preparing materials and other high-profile activities.Experience
- 1 year of experience in coordinating small or departmental projects
- 1 year of experience in a professional working environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Master’s degree in related field, ex: Business Administration, Health Administration, or Science
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field
Certification Summary

Must have strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must have proven organizational skills with ability to plan time effectively, balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities
Conducts high-level, complex projects related to system goals and initiatives
Gathers, analyzes and summarizes relevant data or information into effective presentations or communications for internal/external audiences and executive-level review
Develops detailed project plans that have clear objectives and meaningful outcomes
Works collaboratively with groups or teams at all levels of the organization and across organizational lines to achieve goals of Foundation initiatives
Analyzes and shares philanthropic trends and benchmarking data from peer hospitals
Facilitates effective communication and information flow throughout the department through various meetings and channels
