About the role:

We are looking for a Sales Specialist in our CISCO business unit.

The person will be responsible for processes and vendors pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders, contracts and operational tasks

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing in SAP: Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Data and Contracts Management: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, offers and orders.

• Customer Support: Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience

• Numerate with good attention to detail and planning skills

• Understands Sales Process

• Effective Communication Skills and good relationship building

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM

• IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
