AM/PM Restaurant Server

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

- Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

- Answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and dietary options.

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the meal and addressing any needs.

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct and timely order delivery.

- Handle payments, issue receipts, return change, or process credit card transactions.

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and service areas.

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner and assist the host or hostess in seating guests as needed.

- Present the menu and answer questions about menu items.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Previous experience in a food service role is preferred but not required.

- Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
