From day one, you will take on real responsibilities that accelerate both your personal and professional growth, preparing you to step into a permanent role after the programme. Many graduates also get the chance to broaden their horizons through an international assignment of up to six months in one of our offices abroad. Along the way, you’ll be supported by a great graduate community, dedicated training sessions, and inspiring company events.

 

The Demant Graduate Programme

Your graduate journey is built around three to four exciting rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different areas of our business while taking on real, impactful projects. Every step of the way, you’ll be growing your skills, broadening your perspective, and building a strong international network.

Kick-start your career at the core of Commercial Excellence 
The Commercial Excellence team drives business growth by improving how we sell, price, and engage with customers through data-driven insights, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment. As a Commercial Excellence Graduate, you will have the unique opportunity to work as an in-house consultant within a skilled team in a truly international, flat-hierarchy environment. 

 

Your primary focus will be supporting the Commercial Excellence department in designing and executing high-impact projects to enhance the effectiveness of our commercial efforts across various markets and business areas. You will conduct commercial assessments, identify gaps and opportunities related to best practices, develop new commercial tools, and embed new processes within our global and local commercial teams. This experience will provide you with deep insights into the commercial operations of a global company like Demant. With a global perspective, you may also take on assignments that involve stays outside Denmark, with durations varying by project. 

 

Your journey as a Commercial Excellence Graduate  

Your rotations will be tailored in close collaboration with your track manager to match your unique strengths, interests, and aspirations, while also aligning with the evolving needs of Demant’s wholesale organization. This personalized approach ensures that every step of your journey is meaningful, impactful, and tailored to help you grow.  

 

You’ll explore different areas of Commercial Excellence, such as Sales Excellence, Strategic Pricing, and Commercial Training at our headquarters, with the exciting possibility of spending an entire rotation abroad in one of our international sales organizations. 

 

Regardless of the specific area, one thing is certain: you’ll have the chance to develop your quantitative, qualitative, and interpersonal skills every day!

We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as Strategic Management, International Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, and related fields.

 

We’re looking for high performing graduates with a good track record, whether that shows in your academic results, your student job, or the initiatives you’ve taken outside of class.
