Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 4) to join the 777X Change Incorporation & Refurbishment (CI&R) team for Management System & Information (MS&I) based out of Everett, Washington.  

Change Incorporation and Refurbishment (CI&R) has a unique statement of work of building flight test assets, incorporating changes post-ATC (Amended Type Certification), and storing/preserving strategically pre-built 777-9s. CI&R will also be starting a CI&R specific production system and the MS&I Senior Business Operations Specialist will define, control, and manage program operating rhythm and management systems that are required to run a successful production system.   

 
Position Responsibilities: 

• Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals 

• Supports the coordination with business partners to validate results and determine scope to ensure alignment across 777X CI&R Program 

• Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies 

• Meets with leadership to gain approval and share project status 

• Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance 

• Ensures follow-up action for issue resolution 

• Provides mentoring and guidance to less experienced personnel 

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners 

• Provides support for emergent Program requirements as well as sustaining business management actions 

• Uses Boeing Problem Solving Model to find solutions and process that supports cross-functional teams 

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

• 5+ years of experience performing in a change management, program management, or similar role 

• 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and/or managing projects for Executives or Senior Leadership 

• 3+ years of experience successfully managing projects 
    

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher 

• 7+ years of experience performing in a change management, program management, or business operations role 

• 7+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership 

• 7+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects 

• 2+ years of experience in Airplane Programs
