The Creative Marketing Coordinator Intern will assist with special projects that support creative and marketing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is interested in learning about marketing and internal creative and working in a collaborative team environment at a fast-growing software company. 

About the role:

  • Learn hands-on about creative assignments and activations; understand how to collaborate with other disciplines in marketing and work collective towards goals 

  • Support presentation design work

  • Ensure all 2024 modules are organized accordingly

  • Help with MPM assignments

  • Assist with development of company shared assets

  • Manage work timelines effectively across multiple projects

  • Ensure that quality and brand standards are maintained throughout the entire creative process

  • Support the creative team with various projects and administrative tasks, as assigned

  • Present your work (special projects) to the Marketing department at the conclusion of your internship

To be successful in this role, you need: 

  • Strong desire to learn; innate curiosity

  • Attention to detail 

  • Self-starter with determination to see projects through to the end

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong writing skills and verbal communication skills 

  • Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills

  • Flexible, team player that’s able to adapt to evolving priorities

Basic qualifications: 

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or another relevant field of study 

  • Demonstrated skill in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
