What will you do as a Senior Manager Global Human Rights?

As Senior Manager Global Human Rights, you will join the Global Social Sustainability and Human Rights team, which is part of our Global People Function, and work closely with many (senior) internal and external stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
- Program Development and Implementation: Shape, deploy, and embed the human rights and value chain due diligence program across the globe with our 80+ Operating Companies, our over 90,000 employees and our many (in)direct business partners. Translating complex concepts into real action while aligning with the OECD Guidelines, UN Guiding Principles, and new legal requirements such as the CSDDD and Forced Labor Ban.
- Expert Support: Provide innovative proactive and reactive support to our business and Operating Companies, enhancing awareness across our business, bolstering capabilities, and offering innovative solutions to risk mitigation and remediation, navigating real life dilemmas with an enterprise mindset and always with the aim to raise the bar on creating a fair and safe workplace.
- Third-Party Risk Management: Support and enhance the third-party risk management program in collaboration with relevant functions, making sure that our business relationships are built on shared values and commitments.
- Communication and Monitoring: Develop and execute communication strategies to monitor program deployment, engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, rightsholders and NGOs, and support external reporting.

You have a proven track record of strategically shaping global human rights programmes with other companies and/or organizations while successfully bringing key stakeholders along and driving meaningful impact.
