Customer Service Agent (Dutch speaking) - Temporary

<h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working at the heart of our fast-paced fashion business, you will be the first point of contact for customers every day. You will learn all the basics of giving the best service to our customers and how to make them feel welcome &amp; inspired.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Answer calls, emails, and chats in Dutch to assist our customers whenever they want information about their online orders, our web shop, our stores, or our products.</li><li>Adapt your tone of voice based on our brand identity and the customer you are speaking with.</li><li>Report our customers’ feedback to the relevant department because as a Customer Service Agent, you are the voice of our customers &amp; thanks to you, we can make constant improvement.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We care more about personality than qualifications. So be yourself &amp; show your personality - Come in a maxi dress or shorts - Choose your own style.</p><p><strong>What you will need to succeed:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong customer orientation &amp; friendliness with people.</li><li>Interest in fashion &amp; technology.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written &amp; spoken (C1 level).</li><li>Excellent computer skills; a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You can choose to work part-time or full-time, <strong>from 24 hours up to 35 hours per week</strong> on average. This is a <strong>temporary</strong> position starting on the 21th of May and lasting 12 weeks.
