About the role

Seeking a highly skilled Operations Consultant to support critical applications and data-driven initiatives, focusing on Electronic Content Management (OnBase), Tableau reporting, and our Online Banking platform. The role will involve gathering and analyzing data, documenting test cases, conducting testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure optimal system functionality. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, Tableau, and data mapping, with a strong ability to document and translate business needs into actionable solutions. This role will also assist with Online Banking enhancements and bug fixes, managing certificate renewals, uploading binaries, and ensuring seamless functionality for mobile users.

Gather and analyze business and system requirements, ensuring completeness and clarity.
Document processes, procedures, and workflows to support system functionality and optimization.
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, providing insights and visualization of key business data.
Perform extensive testing, including writing and executing test scripts for system enhancements and bug fixes.
Support and maintain the OnBase platform, optimizing workflows and document management.
Perform data mapping, querying (SQL), and data validation to enhance system reliability.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Support website development efforts as needed.
Ensure proper documentation of system changes, test plans, and business rules.
Oversee testing activities to maintain system integrity and performance.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into system solutions.
Maintain OMBP’s online banking and mobile banking applications to ensure stability, reliability, and security.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for online banking related incidents.
App store administration:
- Certificate renewals.
- Testing and uploading binaries.
- Communicating changes to internal partners.
Prepare and review standard procedures

3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar technical role.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and reporting.
Strong expertise in Tableau/PowerBI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
Hands-on experience with OnBase or other ECM platforms.
Extensive experience in system testing, including developing and executing test scripts.
Expertise in applications and systems support.
Experience with website development
Excellent documentation skills for business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Financial services industry experience preferred.

Desired Qualifications

API integration familiarity
File transfer via Connect Direct familiarity
Experience with data analysis and mapping for system integrations.
Knowledge of documenting business/user requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
Experience leading testing and quality assurance efforts.
Basic automation and experience (Power Automate) is a plus
