Parts Counterperson – Lexus of Westport

Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our service department. We are looking for a motivated professional who is committed to providing exceptional support to our technicians and customers while maintaining efficient parts operations. Lexus/Toyota experience is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify, source, and order parts using manufacturer and aftermarket catalogs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in inventory control processes
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Process warranty, return, and special-order parts as needed
• Ensure parts department areas remain clean, organized, and efficient
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive parts experience required
• Lexus/Toyota experience preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
