We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to play a critical role in our production process. The successful candidate will operate our filling machines, ensuring the highest quality standards are met while optimizing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor filling machines, ensuring each jar meets the required levels and mixtures of ingredients.
• Conduct inspections of machine operations and production lines, addressing any issues immediately.
• Make necessary adjustments to the filling process; report any unresolved issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, free of hazards.
• Participate in plantwide quality assurance programs and uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven machine operating experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Must be able to operate a vacuum lift.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Willingness to learn and operate various pieces of equipment.
