We are looking for an experienced Windows Mobile Device Systems Engineer to perform a variety of engineering analyses, software, hardware, development, integration, testing, maintenance tasks, and support duties. The team consists of about 20 engineers and are looking for an experienced Windows Mobile Device Systems Engineer to support Azure Infrastructure. Troubleshooting, problem resolution, supporting existing infrastructure services, and integrating new capabilities are within the scope of required skills. If you enjoy small teams and can work independently, this may be the job for you. Duties include:
- Managing and securing mobile devices with the organization
- Configuring, deploying, and maintaining mobile device management (MDM) solutions with focus on Microsoft Intune, Android, and iOS devices
- Ensuring mobile devices are compliant with company policies and provide troubleshooting and solutions for issues
- Research and solution best method of installing/deploying applications in the Azure CloudMonitor, evaluate applications, Cloud/Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments, and application deployments
- Work with mobile devices, mobile operating systems, MDM solutions, mobile device security, mobile device apps, mobile device enrollments, and end usersResearch, solution, and deliver on new technical requirements
- Provide troubleshooting and Engineering support at the Tier3 level for Windows 10 (and higher) desktop operating systems, including establishing new build and deployment methods for Windows workstations
- Troubleshoot and support Windows Server 2019 (and higher) technologies
- Provide troubleshooting and engineering support for Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Group Policy
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Document system changes/ updatesSupport other Tier 3 and Tier 4 personnel with user issues, including application assistance, network troubleshooting, and other user assistance items as needed
- Create and deliver briefings to customer at various levels
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph required to start
- Minimum of eleven (11) years of work experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Ability to Collaborate within the team and stakeholders
- Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM) and best practices
- Experience developing and maintain best practice workflow for software requests, procurement, and deploymentsExperience with Cloud/SAAS solutions maintaining software
- Familiarity with Cloud infrastructuresSignificant engineering experience supporting Windows platform environments with the following core MS Windows platforms, services, and tools:Windows 10 (and higher) desktop operating systemsWindows 2019 (and higher) server operating systems
- Active DirectoryGroup PolicyDNS, DHCP
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong documentation skillsRobust troubleshooting skillsAbility to develop and deploy best practice architecture
- Ability to monitor and evaluate mobile device environments
