Lead All-Source Intelligence Engineer

<p>STR is seeking a <strong>Lead All-Source Analyst and Modeling Engineer</strong> with strong intelligence and cyber backgrounds who has a passion for applying technical analysis and systems modeling to solve hard target problems. This role combines intelligence tradecraft expertise with software development and reverse engineering skills to develop innovative cybersecurity solutions. <strong>Work must be performed onsite.</strong></p> <p>We're looking for individuals who:</p> <ul> <li>Bridge the gap between intelligence operations and technical engineering</li> <li>Are self-starters who identify inefficiencies and build tools to solve them</li> <li>Can work hard target problems and develop repeatable workflows</li> <li>Thrive in mission-focused, fast-paced environments</li> <li>Have a track record of innovation within intelligence tradecraft</li> <li>Understand both the "why" (intelligence requirements) and the "how" (technical implementation)</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop tools and automated workflows to sift through large datasets and identify information relevant for modeling and intelligence efforts</li> <li>Apply all-source intelligence tradecraft and technical analysis to create system models from circuit diagrams, schematics, source code, signal processing algorithms, and reverse-engineered components</li> <li>Leverage intelligence databases and analytic tools to support technical collection and threat modeling</li> <li>Create custom query logic and scripts to extract, correlate, and analyze data across multiple databases and intelligence repositories</li> <li>Work in multi-disciplinary teams to tackle challenging problems from a wide variety of technologies to develop innovative cybersecurity solutions</li> <li>Apply network analysis, communications intelligence (COMINT), and signals intelligence (SIGINT) tradecraft to technical problems</li> <li>Document, demonstrate, and present research findings to technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li>Brief leadership on project status, technical findings, and operational impacts</li> <li>Solve real world problems that have an impact on national security</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position requires an <strong>Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with active CI polygraph </strong>(or willingness to obtain CI polygraph), for which U.S. citizenship is needed by the U.S. Government</li> <li>BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience) with a minimum of 8 years relevant ex
