This role is ideal for a tax professional looking to expand beyond traditional compliance into a more technical, research-driven, and transaction-focused career path. As part of the National Office Tax team, you will gain exposure to the “why behind the work,” supporting complex real estate transactions, structuring considerations, and technical tax analysis that impact both internal teams and clients. This practice serves a wide range of clients with specific needs including real estate private equity funds, public and private REITs, as well as privately owned Real Estate held by family offices or joint ventures. This open position offers the opportunity to join a high-performing, high-growth team while working with complex clients in the Real Estate industry.

Work you’ll be responsible for:
Support the review and analysis of tax returns and workpapers, identifying technical issues and opportunities for further research and structuring considerations
Proactively research tax law changes, emerging issues, and industry trends, with a focus on understanding the technical implications on real estate structures and transactions
Draft technical memoranda and communicate complex tax concepts in a clear, practical manner
