ABOUT THE ROLE: 

This role will support the Key strategies within DEX team and all regions driving or collaborating in project management of global or regional projects.

The role will be required to participate with key stakeholders, functional peers and IT business partners and be able to provide oversight and management of our critical projects, strategies or initiatives using consistent standards, management operating system and utilizing industry and our client's best practices. This role also provides input on the design, development and support needed to advance key transformation-based programs, projects, system upgrades, in support of continued business growth across all our core services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborate and/or manage regional or global projects or strategies which form part of the scope of IT DEX team
  • Facilitate development of the project including tasks and assignments for project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for optimization as part of the overall project management
  • Be the main focal point for the initiative or project deliverables. Manage the timeline and make sure action items are completed on time or escalate when needed
  • Deliver reporting and support analytic related to project health
  • Manage the risk and issues related to the project or strategy and escalate when necessary
  • Manage MOS and project delivery. Integrate this MOS into business operations
  • Facilitate project and initiative information sharing applicable to business and other stakeholders (if they are approved to receive) such as security, networking
  • Review and manage project KPIs, SLA’s and metrics and feedback related to the project health
  • Work with our cross-functional IT support organization and / or suppliers in the planning and execution for projects
  • Certify that client's IT standards are applied; ensure full adoption and implementation of standards, tools, processes, and adherence to client's policies

 

QUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field  
  • 8+ years of project management or service delivery leadership experience in IT
  • Experience in driving Enterprise wide / global ERP projects is highly preferred
  • Program Management certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or Scrum Alliance is a plus
  • Must have the ability and willingness to travel, up to 10% of the time
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
