Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to drive the smooth transition of 40+ projects within our Data & Analytics portfolio, specifically focused on the pharmacy domain. This role demands hands-on involvement, precise tracking, vendor management, and strong coordination across multiple teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all transition-related activities are executed efficiently, risks are proactively addressed, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Transition Plan Validation: Review and confirm the completeness and feasibility of all project transition plans, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a central point for cross-team collaboration, ensuring that all partner teams stay aligned and accountable.
• Execution Leadership: Provide day-to-day oversight of transition activities, ensuring all tasks and deliverables stay on track.
• Progress Tracking & Communication: Develop and maintain tracking tools (e.g., Gantt charts, RACI matrices, RAID logs) to monitor key transition metrics such as documentation progress, estimation readiness, and workflow definitions. Share these tools with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment. Proactively report progress and escalate risks or delays as needed.
• Budget Oversight: Track budget versus forecast versus actuals. Promote accurate financial planning and budget discipline throughout the transition process.
• Issue Resolution: Manage the identification, escalation, and resolution of transition-phase issues to ensure timely closure and minimize disruption.
• Vendor Management: Oversee the performance and deliverables of third-party vendors essential to project transitions.
• Agile Project Management: Apply agile methodologies to improve processes and drive delivery efficiency across teams.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize project management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence for task tracking, backlog management, documentation, and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing complex project transitions in the pharmacy or healthcare data and analytics domain.
• Strong background in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, ADO, and Confluence.
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, Gantt charts, RACI matrices, and RAID logs.
• Ability to manage budgets, provide financial reporting, and ensure cost discipline.
• Skilled in vendor management, including overseeing third-party relationships and deliverables.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and driving continuous improvement across teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead in cross-functional environments with multiple dependencies and timelines.
