the Personnel Policies and under the supervision of
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: All dudes are subject to accommodation in accordance with
the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
● 1 set up 3 bay sinks, assist with putting food orders away. Sweep/mop floors after each meal to
include kitchen area, put away all pots / pans /; utensils / plates after each meal / empty all trash
when needed.
● 2 Help clean food service areas and equipment as needed, maintain inventory of chemicals
needed for sinks and dishwasher, help retrieve all food carts and clean each cart at the end of
day.
● 3 Maintain temperature logs for final rinse on dishwasher. Clean and wash all floor mats at end
of shift, clean and sanitize the dishwasher at end of day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● 1 knowledge of food service space
● 2 Safe serve certificate
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
● 1 High school graduate
