YOUR ROLE
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects for our pharmaceutical clients (data & analytics projects) as well as internal projects.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, develop project plans, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT team of clients to understand the technical requirements
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources
- Track project advancement: Jira & Confluence to monitor indicators, progress, risks, etc.
- Monitor, mitigate & escalate risks effectively
- Communicate effectively & report to clients and internal stakeholders through verbal and written presentations
- Work closely with internal & external IT teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time with high quality
- Develop sprint plans and guide project team to deliver high quality features in a timely manner using agile processes
- Supervise and facilitate agile ceremonies
- Take in charge the functional & technical documentation of the system
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or any relevant position, preferably in data analytics and/or pharmaceutical field
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Fluency in English is obligatory, French is a plus
- Diplomatic, experienced, and highly communicative with the ability to manage complex customer requests and relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Understand data modelling fundamentals
- Familiar with SQL, Python, PowerBI and AWS Suite (Redshift & S3)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Have experience with agile project management methods
- Creative, curious, and autonomous, with a desire to drive growth in a fast-paced start-up environment
