TeamViewer Intelligence focuses on forefront AI solutions for Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM), Remote Connectivity, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX). You’ll collaborate with a motivated team of Product Managers and Owners, driving a core strategic pillar across the organization. Your role spans the full product lifecycle from market analysis and strategy to execution and go-to-market. You’ll also support backlog execution, testing, release decisions, and work directly with customers on requirements and roll-outs. </span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Develop an understanding of users, customers, markets, and competitors, especially towards opportunities to apply AI and data-driven approaches to solve customer requirements. </span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Formulate and communicate the product requirements for TeamViewer Intelligence, create and own the AI product backlog, create ideas for new features and use-cases based on in-depth discovery work with customers. </span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Specify the Use-Cases and Requirements, support the delivery and launches, and continuously observe the success of the Product and translate your insights into improvements.  </span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Work across the organization with stakeholders from R&amp;D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Solution Delivery and Business Development. </span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Translate industry AI trends into Endpoint Management needs to deliver context-aware recommendations and insights for IT admins and end users. </span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Automate End-Point Management and DEX: Apply generative AI to record sessions, generate recommendations and automations, and continuously update a self-help knowledge base and drive faster issue resolution to boost employee experience. </span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Requirements</span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>University Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business or related field.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Proven Track record of product initiatives in the AI space.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Experience with user experience design and end user application of AI</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Proficiency in product and project management.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Ability to work in a cross functional, cross location and multi-skilled team.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Basic Understanding of Endpoint Management, Remote Connectivity and DEX solutions.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Deep Knowledge of current AI, LLM and Machine Learning technology</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Customer centricity, experience in directly working with customers and partners in the software development cycle.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Understanding of data management concepts and lifecycle (data ingestion, governance, enrichment, value creation).</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Fundamental knowledge of Data Science and analytics, with the ability to translate between data-driven opportunities and product requirements.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Having worked with agile software development methodologies.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Fluent in English; German is a plus.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>What we offer</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start</span></li> <li><span>Great compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus and company stocks, regular salary reviews</span
