Course:

MIS-665: Prescriptive Analytics and Advanced Topics

In this course students perform prescriptive analytics and other advanced analytics techniques to extract meaning from organizational data for the purpose of identifying and recommending solutions for specific business needs. Effective and persuasive communication of data and decision options to drive organizational change is also covered.

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom.
• Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes.
• Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes.
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

What You Will Bring:

• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Masters in Business Analytics
• AND 5 or more years of experience in supply chain management and/or finance
• AND skills in forecasting, simulation, optimization and Prescriptive statistics
