MBA Accounting, Economics & Finance (AEF) Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Class of 2024

Where the Chemistry Happens… 

BASF's Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) were created to provide highly motivated, mobile-minded graduate students an opportunity to enhance their professional skills through a variety of diverse learning experiences. Participants will contribute to real-world rotational assignments within different domestic locations. They will explore career options and develop technical and professional decision-making skills, while fulfilling specific business needs. Participants also have the opportunity to assess their capabilities, skills, and interests and gain valuable exposure to BASF's culture and values.

Program Summary:

• BASF’s MBA AEF Rotational Program is a 2-year cross-functional program with rotations in various areas within the organization, consisting of functional and business group assignments Corporate Finance & Accounting, Internal Auditing and Regional Controlling
• Your ability to be mobile is critical, as this program is comprised of four six-month assignments in different locations across the US, and one six-month international assignment
• US locations include, but are not limited to New Jersey, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana
• International locations include, but are not limited to Germany, Mexico, China
• Your projects will have a focus on strategy and prepare you for future team leading opportunities
• Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to become part of BASF’s Talent Pipeline working across a variety of disciplines
• Program start dates are June and August 2024
