🌟 What You'll Do: As an Engineering Co-op, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. Here's what's in store for you:

🌟 Design Dynamo: Support the design, development, testing, and documentation of our revolutionary blade nesting fixture.

🌟 Tech Pioneer: Leverage additive manufacturing technologies wherever possible to create a fixture that allows users to "dial in" nest contact points without the need for shims.

🌟 3D CAD Pro: Bring your 3D CAD skills (preferably Solidworks or NX) to the table to help us bring our vision to life.

🌟 Analysis Aficionado: Dive into finite element analysis (preferably ANSYS) to ensure our fixture is up to the task.

🌟 Tech Tools: Use your expertise with MS Office tools to keep us organized and efficient.

🌟 Hands-On: Apply your knowledge of experimental methods to help us fine-tune our fixture.

🌟 What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, we're seeking candidates who bring:

✅ A passion for cutting-edge technology and engineering

✅ Proficiency in 3D CAD (NX preferred)

✅ Skills in finite element analysis (ANSYS preferred)

✅ A knack for MS Office tools to keep things running smoothly

✅ A basic understanding of experimental methods

✅ An insatiable curiosity and a drive to learn and innovate

Qualifications

• Must be a degree-seeking student in a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering program
• Rising Junior preferred
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday beginning Spring semester 2024 through Summer 2024
• CAD experience (Solidworks or Siemens NX) preferred 
• Finite Element Analysis programming experience – ANSYS preferred
