Job Summary: This position is responsible for welding on industrial and construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of work. The Welder will work closely with the Foremen/Superintendent to ensure project goals are met. The role involves unloading, stacking, and organizing steel materials, erecting structural steel, and performing welding tasks on construction sites. Additionally, may assist with minor mechanical repairs or installations. Requires the ability to operate heavy equipment such as manlifts, forklifts, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Safety</li> <li> Follow all safety policies and procedures on the job site.</li> <li> Attend daily safety meetings and toolbox talks with the crew.</li> <li> Identify and address potential safety hazards immediately.</li> <li> Ensure use of required PPE.</li> <li> Key Responsibilities:</li> <li> Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices.</li> <li> Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and material usage.</li> <li> Coordinate with other trades on the job site.</li> <li> Work with Foremen to troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.</li> <li> Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li> <li> Ensure all welds meet required standards and specifications.</li> <li> Identify and correct any defects or deficiencies.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of experi
