We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position:
Manager European Talent Acquisition Strategy (m/f/x)
The Position:
Your role is responsible for the execution and implementation of Daiichi Sankyo´s talent acquisition and onboarding strategies and processes in Europe. Utilizing a data-driven approach, you will continuously identify opportunities for process improvement. You work in close collaboration with HR and Business Leaders across EU to manage, drive and monitor an excellent talent experience, incorporating elements of Employer Branding, On/Offboarding, Strategic Recruiting, and Workforce Planning.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Implement innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies and develop measures with regard to national and EU target markets, target companies and target groups in close cooperation with colleagues in operational recruiting.

Roll-out, run, streamline and improve an integrated multichannel European talent acquisition process to meet challenging workforce developments plans and comply with all applicable regulations.

Monitor all aspects of talent acquisition and onboarding to focus on driving a personalized candidate experience and sustainable talent relationship management.

Anticipate and shape recruiting needs by creating strong internal client relationships within HR and with the Business.

Create and deliver recruiting-based metrics to identify trends and requirements in different areas and departments.

Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives to ensure the organization is equipped with the right talent for future challenges.

Develop and implement employer branding initiatives that align with our company's goals and values, aiming to create a positive employer brand and enhance candidate engagement
Professional Experience & Education:
-
University degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resources Management

4+ years of professional experience in HR, strategic talent Acquisition, strategic workforce planning and/or employer branding

In-depth knowledge of strategic recruiting principles, programs, trends and best practice

Effective interpersonal skills with ability to influence different levels of the organization

Good analytical skills, with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and a data driven approach

High level of initiative, solution orientation and team orientation combined with a passion for attracting candidates and build strong employer brand

Business fluent in English and German, other European languages are appreciated
