Our Analytics Center of Excellence (Analytics COE) harnesses our global healthcare insights, working closely with our clinical and therapeutic experts to power evidence-driven design, speed site activation and recruit the right patients, faster. We’re using big data and advanced analytics to derive insights that transform clinical development and bring new medicines to patients faster through successful trial delivery.

Agile Delivery Manager:
In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to plan and lead Agile projects that deliver AI-powered, clinical analytics products. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Agile values, principles, and practices. You will incorporate best practices from related disciplines such as DevOps, Lean, Kanban, and Project Management. You will be recognized across the organization for your servant leadership, ownership, accountability, and delivery of business value.
Your typical activities will include:
- Lead two to three Scrum teams in partnership with a Product Owner and Technical Lead.
- Create and manage Program Increment Plans, Sprint Plans, and Sprint Goals.
- Proactively manage team budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, integrations, delivery, metrics, and status reports.
- Facilitate Program Increment Planning and Review meetings, as well as Scrum events, ensuring all meetings are efficient and effective.
- Actively participate in all team events as a leader, change agent, and subject matter expert on organizational processes and industry best practices, including vertical slicing, estimating, and delivering business value iteratively and incrementally.
- Train and coach teams and individuals to help them grow effective, efficient, collaborative, self-managing teams, where each team member is fully engaged and making a meaningful contribution.
- Train and coach teams and individuals on continuous improvement and follow up to drive positive change in the team and the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Manager with proven ability to lead large, Agile projects through delivery of business value
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills in a global, distributed environment
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Command of the English language, both verbal and written, and good communication skills
- Jira expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Scrum Master, and Project Management Professional
- Strong understanding of software development, with sufficient technical background to provide credible leadership and to identify and manage complex risks and issues
- 2+ years’ experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or clinical research
- Experience with Aha!
