Job Description
Curinos is currently seeking a VP, Platform Sales to support the rapid growth in their growing Retail Banking Deposit Solutions team. The position is a remote position. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Retail Deposits, dynamic, entrepreneurial, a fast learner, and have a passion to develop sales and client relationship management skills as well as continue to build retail banking subject matter expertise.
This dynamic individual will have demonstrated the skills required to increase revenue from existing clients and new markets in the Consumer, Small Business and Wealth space through identifying incremental opportunities to leverage our data, software, and advisory solutions and demonstrating core use cases and value of our industry leading platforms. The VP-Platform Sales will support the Retail Deposit Solutions Sales team and Client Managers in all phases of the sales and business development process including conducting value based product demos, industry trend and client insight presentations, developing sales materials, providing subject matter expertise on retail solutions, and directly managing client relationships and sales processes.
The VP, Platform Sales should be highly organized, technically adept, intellectually curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfort managing multiple competing priorities is a must.
You will have the ability to:
- Support the retail banking organization in achieving and exceeding revenue targets and sales objectives through a combination of independent initiative and team collaboration
- Lead client call preparation by creating or updating relationship review materials, pitch books, and account plans to convert leads and opportunities
- Conduct product demos and drive client specific insights
- Develop and cultivate relationships with clients and prospects
- Manage and report an accurate and robust pipeline and sales forecast
- Manage renewals pipeline to ensure timely and accurate tracking and conversion
- Proposal creation including tailoring materials to address specific client situations
- Model and manage deal pricing process leveraging standard price book and relationship discounting
- Liaise between clients and relevant line of business and product teams to ensure product suitability
- Develop expertise on current trends and new developments across retail banking including the regulatory environment and the impact to retail, small business, and wealth portfolios
- Associate should be prepared to travel if necessary (estimate 10%-25%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred. Master’s Degree is a plus
- 5+ years of prior experience in Retail Banking, Management, Consulting Software / FinTech Sales or Client Relationship Management
- Strong working knowledge of the retail banking business and products or strong desire to learn
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and ability to cultivate and grow long term relationships based on a level of mutual trust at all levels within a client organization
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to build win/win solutions with other colleagues in the customer supply chain
- Ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple and coherent manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm. Strong presentation skills; both face to face and remotely.
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Skilled in working with new platforms and analytics
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite desirable
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to changing business priorities, processes, and decisions
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 plus bonus.
