Job Summary: 

Topcon Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Autodesk BIM/VDC Technical Trainer to join our growing professional services team. As an Autodesk Platinum Partner, we empower AEC professionals to unlock the full potential of Autodesk technology. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality training and consulting services for Revit and other BIM/VDC tools, while building expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows and supporting model-based coordination practices. 

This position is ideal for a candidate with deep technical Revit or BIM knowledge and the ability to teach, guide, and implement standards for AEC firms across the country. 

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions (virtual and in-person) on Autodesk Revit and other Autodesk BIM/VDC tools 

• Provide consulting services for BIM/VDC implementations, template and standards development, and workflow optimization 

• Support clients in BIM/VDC-related workflows, including modeling standards, family development, project setup, and coordination 

• Learn and support Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) tools such as Autodesk Docs, Model Coordination, Design Collaboration, and BIM Collaborate Pro for Revit 

• Develop training materials and documentation tailored to client workflows 

• Stay current with Autodesk product updates and industry trends 

• Collaborate with internal team members to support sales efforts, proposals, and ongoing client relationships 

• Willingness to learn and support adjacent tools like Navisworks, Dynamo, or Assemble 

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit in an architectural, structural, or MEP BIM/VDC Environment 

• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP modeling workflows and BIM project delivery 

• Strong understanding of BIM 360/ACC is preferred. 

• Proficiency in customizing Revit templates, view settings, and family libraries 

• Comfortable presenting and communicating complex topics clearly and professionally 

• Proven ability to deliver structured training sessions, either in-person or virtually, to technical and non-technical audiences <
