Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Application Support Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the architecture and functionality of our enterprise applications within our enterprise environment, including but not limited to the Atlassian Suite and Slack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, security, scalability, and compliance across these platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain integrations between various enterprise applications such as Jira, Bitbucket and Slack, to streamline workflows and increase efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise with Atlassian products to optimize workflows, customize schemes, and integration with other collaboration tools.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between different systems, including third-party tools and in-house applications.
• Stay abreast of Atlassian product updates and industry best practices to enhance the organization's toolset.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new Atlassian Marketplace apps and plugins to enhance functionality.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new Atlassian product versions and features.
• Develop Slack integrations with other systems and applications to enhance functionality and automate workflows.
• Create apps and bots to extend Slack’s capabilities and integrate with other tools and systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in architecture design, implementation, and administration of Atlassian products with an emphasis on Jira Service Management.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft products and technologies related to O365.
• Proficient in Slack architecture, design, and implementation.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of cloud migration strategies and experience with cloud-based services integration.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements for enterprise-level systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
