Job Description

Eurofins Built Environment Analytics is searching for a Client Services Representative in Ashland Virginia.

The Client Services Representative (CSR) supports the laboratory’s interactions with its clients and customers, including assisting with test ordering, the reporting of test results, supplies inventory, billing questions and general questions. Direct interaction with clients and customers is expected.

Client Services Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Processes client requests and changes per established departmental guidelines
• Daily order entry
• Daily notifications to clients about shipment dates and tracking numbers
• Quote generation as well as coordinating any needed approvals
• Phone support from 8 am- 5 pm Pacific Time
• Responding to emails in a clear, precise, and prompt manner
• Provides feedback to the Senior Manager of Customer Experience all feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Coordination with internal departments to ensure best practices, as well as meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Escalating issues to the Senior Manager of Customer Experience as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
• Excellent order entry, problem solving, and data analysis skills
• Bill clients utilizing our computer system
• Mail reports and invoices.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 2 years customer service and order management experience preferred. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Outlook and Excel
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

This position is Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm or Tuesday to Saturday 8:30am to 5:00 pm. Training will be the same as your normal shift. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to Ashland, VA are encouraged to apply.
