Position Details:

Build Center Specialist oversees daily tasks at the Build Center. One of the primary aspects of these daily tasks is delivering on customer expectations related to how KeepStock secure machines are configured and tested overall. A strong emphasis is put on quality of product and to ensure these expectations are met. You will have an impact on maintaining a clean and safe working environment at the Build Center. You will report to the site manager.

You Will:

  • Secure machine configuration, troubleshooting and quality assurance focused
  • Technical 'hands-on' skills of secure machines and software associated with them
  • Diagnose complex operating systems and machine issues
  • Understand internal systems such as Sharepoint, Trirega, ServiceNow and other platforms to document business issues or Quality Control gaps
  • Inventory Management skills focused on spare parts replenishment orders and understanding min / max levels
  • Warehousing experience – Shipping and receiving, material handling and movement
  • Work to create/adjust processes to support changing customer/company needs on the fly

You Have:

  • Lift 25 to 60lbs
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Technical expertise and secure vending machines along with hardware and software components supporting Vending Operations.
