Summary of the Job:
About This Role:
- Lead complex financial analysis projects and strategic initiatives
- Develop advanced financial models and predictive analytics frameworks
- Provide senior-level insights to inform executive decision-making
- Mentor junior analysts and review team deliverables for quality
- Design and implement process improvements for financial operations
- Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies and metrics
- Serve as liaison between finance and other business units on data initiatives
- Identify emerging trends and potential risks through advanced data analysis
- Drive the adoption of new analytical methods and tools
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated leadership in analytics projects and initiatives
- Strong track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes
- Experience presenting complex findings to executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar technical skills
- Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis
- CFA, FRM, or other relevant senior-level certification
- Banking industry expertise, particularly in your partner segment

Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Work Environment:
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
