<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Compliance Monitoring Senior Manager position holder is fully dedicated to compliance matters in direct and close collaboration with GBS and Compliance Monitoring Global Lead.</p><p>The scope for the position in the initial phase will be dedicated to ECP, in the later phase this will be Global.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and Supervise Compliance Monitoring Assigned Resources</li><li>Conduct Compliance Monitoring for the Business Activities (owned by different Biogen Affiliates) under Compliance Scope</li><li>Assess the adherence to Biogen processes, SOPs and Policies</li><li>Document Results</li><li>Effectively network with Compliance Officers and Standards and Governance from the different Geographies and Functions to facilitate:<ul><li>severity assessment.</li><li>required follow up and remediation</li></ul></li><li>Report results</li><li>Other specific duties related to the effective governance of the Compliance Program</li><li>Provide effective and service-oriented support in the interactions with the different stakeholders (Compliance, S&amp;Gs, etc.).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>​​​​​​<strong>Required skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in the manager role or equivalent, ideally in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries</li><li>Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience in other defined business governance roles (Audit, GxP) is a strong asset</li><li>Experience with policy and procedure understanding and management</li><li>Good understanding of common business processes</li><li>Process management, project/program management skills are a plus</li><li>Excellent professional communication skills</li><li>Ethical and integrity-driven approach and objectivity</li><li>Outstanding team player attitude</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or any other relevant education</li><li>Solid knowledge of business and market dynamics</li><li>Able to understand and optimize internal processes</li><li>Technical competencies on quality, compliance and governance</li><li>Fluent English; Fluency in other languages would be valued</li><li>Data-driven and attention to detail</li><li>Conflict management, Problem-solving, Interpersonal savvy</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Why Biogen?</strong></p><p>Our mission to find therapies for neurological and rare diseases is a unique focus within our industry and this shared purpose is what connects us as a team.
