About the Role
As a Client Service Associate - Lending Operations, you will be working closely with Frontline, Documentation Team and Lending Hub, you will be primarily responsible for Lending Client Services functions with a focus on Credit Administration, ensuring accurate recording of client/facility data in ANZ’s systems as per approvals, quick resolution to limit excesses, well-managed maintenance of facility documentations and timely completion of both BAU and ad hoc reporting requests. Secondary responsibility Loan Administration including facility management and reconciliation, as well as resolution to any system and data issues. In addition, you will also assist in operational projects and initiatives.

What will your day look like?
As a Client Service Associate - Lending Operations, you will:

Responding to internal and external client requests promptly with updates on progress to ensure client’s expectations are met

Active collaboration with the Relationship, Research & Analysis, Risk teams, offshore Hubs, and other support teams (such as Documentation and On-boarding) to provide end-to-end solutions for complex limits structuring, booking and facility settlements, to meet external customer requirements

Ensuring accurate and timely returns, CMRC, overdue reviews, regulatory returns, and other ad hoc reports

Assisting and monitoring the Hub team for timely and accurate processing of credit approvals, including static and limit update in all systems

Working with Relationship Managers, Analysts, Finance and the Hub team to resolve system data issue, including spot-check to ensure accuracy

Instructing and monitoring Hub for all lending activities and performing other functions such as fee accrual/clearance, reconciliation

Identifying opportunities to streamline procedures to improve efficiency. This includes opportunities to automate manual processes, working with system owners, or improve process flows or procedures between the onshore and offshore locations.

Ensuring consistency, data integrity and compliance with ANZ’s policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks and minimize operational loss
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Working experience in Banking or Financial sector
-
Knowledge of lending process and documentation and Loan IQ system is a plus.

Strong IT and Microsoft office skills for reporting, record keeping, and presenting with the ability to learn and utilise new bank systems quickly and efficiently.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to enable identification of issues involved in complex transactions and processes and to develop acceptable solutions for the business and client.

Analyze the lending portfolio to track the change in growth and effort which can help in planning the capacity of the team.

Strong communication, self-learning, and time-management skill.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000
This range is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role. The final salary offered will consider your capabilities, skills and knowledge.
