The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the direct management of a team of team leads, database administrators, cloud/senior system engineers, and system administrators. Also provides management of IT Infrastructure Managed Service Providers. The IT Infrastructure team isresponsible for management of the Bank’s data centers, systems, and databases overall infrastructure ensuring reliability, security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and directly manage a team of team leads, cloud/senior system engineers, and system administrators.
- Assign projects and balance team members’ workloads; set priorities among competing demands for services.
- Responsible for daily management of Infrastructure Manager Service Providers.
- Responsible for the design, daily operations, and maintenance of the Bank’s data centers, including yearly data center cutover exercise.
- Manage technical project and service portfolio through application of fixes or changes to infrastructure, scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, and monitoring remediation of control exceptions.
- Manage technical infrastructure: performance and capacity, continuous service, monitor infrastructure and resolve problems.
- Lead process improvement and automation efforts to improve the managed of infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with other IT Managers and Leaders in delivering infrastructure services to meet project objectives.
- Contribute to the IT Infrastructure strategy.
- Manage and maintain the Bank’s Microsoft Azure tenant along with other SaaS applications, to ensure stability and security of cloud systems.
- Manage and influence vendors and partners.
- Manage and develop high performing team members through communication, feedback, coaching and completion of midyear and year end performance evaluations.
- Develop operational goals and metrics to drive continuous improvement of the IT Infrastructure team.
- Collaborate with and respond to regulator and auditor requests related to infrastructure and systems reviews.
- Manage departmental regulatory issues and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of Information Technology experience specializing in IT Infrastructure.
- 5+ years of IT management experience
- Expert knowledge in IT Infrastructure and System Administration domains.
- Experience in developing process improvements and identifying systemic solutions to challenges.
- Proven ability to build and sustain an effective team of technical professionals capable of producing required outputs.
- Experienced with risk management as it applies to information technology, information security and general business environment.
- Must be analytical, results-driven, and able to employ the right approach and methods to make the maximum use of time and resources. Able to address relevant facts, identify alternative approaches, and provide recommended solutions to management.
- Strong estimating, project planning, and management skills. Able to complete tasks on set budgetary parameters and targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, creative, and communication skills that allow effective, proactive working relationships in a team-oriented environment. Effective at communicating across all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to staff.
- Solid strategic thinking approach, business risk awareness, and appropriate judgment to use a risk-based approach
- Established experience in effective vendor management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation Range:
Annual Salary: $133,553.00 - $149,265.00This salary range represents the Bank’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank’s annual incentive plan.
