Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Physical Therapy Supervisor to support our Outpatient Rockville Rehabilitaion Clinic who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Physical Therapy Supervisor, you will:
• Coordinate the daily operations of their assigned department
• Assign work to staff and provides on-site clinical problem-solving
• Assist in implementation of programs and procedures to maximize patient care outcomes and department efficiency
• Effectively communicate on multiple levels
• Assist to monitor quality, efficiency and effectiveness of therapy programs and makes recommendations for improvements
• Make recommendations for budget goals and effectively manage assigned cost centers
• Monitor performance improvement including patient and staff satisfaction and provide assessments and recommendations to the Therapy Manager
• Serve as a role model for quality patient care, documentation, and productivity

Qualifications Include:
• Clinical Masters Degree or equivalent in PT/OT/SLP required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in documentation, evaluation and treatment
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to diplomatically resolve customer service issues
• Capacity to make critical judgments
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated familiarity with site-specific regulations and billing

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, full-time

75% Patient care/25% Administrative time

Pay Range:

$96,058.56 - $144,081.60

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount or if the position is Per Diem (offering a fixed rate), salary discussions will occur during the screening process.
