About the Role:

The Enterprise Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales efforts across diverse business segments, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail, Public Sector, and more. This position is tailored for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and embrace innovation. As part of a rapidly growing company, the role involves building pipelines, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering meaningful outcomes that contribute to the overall growth and evolution of the organization. The Enterprise Account Executive will engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning solutions that unlock the full potential of the company's offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Identification and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, maintaining a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with customer stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored, long-term strategies that align with customers' business objectives, positioning the company as a key partner in their success.
  • Collaborative Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to align resources and efforts to meet customer needs and deliver results.
  • Value Proposition Advocacy: Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of the company’s solutions to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring they understand the transformative potential of these offerings.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive business expansion within existing accounts by fostering strong relationships that lead to increased revenue and mutual success.

The role operates within a dynamic sales team that focuses on engaging with enterprise organizations of 10,000+ employees. With recent significant investments from leading stakeholders, this position offers tailored training and career development opportunities while contributing to the company’s growth journey.

Qualifications:

  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: At least 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Enterprise Sales.
  • Account Management Skills: Proven ability to manage key accounts and build relationships that deliver measurable results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated capability to develop and execute strategic plans while collaborating effectively with extended teams.
  • Sales Track Record: A history of achieving and exceeding sales targets in high-pressure, competitive environments.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that drive their success.

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.
