Apply now as (Senior) Manager Marketing Strategy (m/f/d) and join our headquarters in Munich to push the marketing success in our international countries forward.</p><p><strong>DO WHAT YOU LOVE: </strong></p><ul><li>You want to get a deep understanding for all facets of mobility, especially for SIXT’s international markets and its marketing mix</li><li>You monitor the performance of our countries and work towards optimizing it, leveraging our different marketing channels</li><li>You are an advocate for the leaders and marketing managers of one of our biggest SIXT markets and the interface between them and all the online and offline marketing functions for all SIXT products (rent, share, ride, plus)</li><li>You create analyses based on relevant KPIs for your focus market and derive meaningful hypothesis and actions from them</li><li>You steer cross-functional projects and therewith actively shape the future of SIXT</li><li>You don’t just develop hypotheses and create nice slides, you also push consistently to take action and get to results</li><li>You ensure marketing success in our global markets, and push stakeholders to deliver on agreed actions</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>COME AS YOU ARE: </strong></p><ul><li>You come with several years of experience in consulting, a start-up, or from working in the strategy or marketing controlling department of a top tier company</li><li>You have very good analytical skills, you structure complex problems easily and derive concrete actions from them</li><li>You have basic knowledge of different marketing channels and know relevant marketing KPIs</li><li>You are excellent in stakeholder management and have a knack for creating win-win situations</li><li>You are a very good communicator, you communicate to the point and well adapted to your counterpart</li><li>You lead laterally and don’t get nervous in case of tight deadlines</li><li>You speak English fluently; very good knowledge of German, Spanish, French or Italian is a plus</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About the department:</strong><br/>When it comes to marketing, communication and sales, we are ahead of the game.
