A Day in the Life

In this exciting role as a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily manufacturing schedule, create work orders and the daily inventory transactions. The Cardiac Surgical Business is one of the fastest growing businesses. Our products are part of the extracorporeal life support solutions for long-term ECMO. The ECMO oxygenator system is helping sustain lives of patients across the globe. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and work in coordination with the supply planning group.

This individual will be part of the manufacturing team at our Dexter, MI Site.
 

1st shift – M-F, 8:00 am-4:00 pm

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Maintains schedules for material requirements and availability for the manufacture of industrial and commercial products to support production control.
• Compiles records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock or inventory, and/or in production.
• Expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules.
• Assists in determining possible and actual shortages.
• May initiate action to correct these deficiencies.
• Uses knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert proper authorities regarding potential problems and appropriate remedial action.
• Estimates and logs production rate and time expenditures and may be required to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$40,400.00 - $60,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
