Finance Admin Assistant

We are looking for a proactive person with a desire to learn and be part of a multicultural company in constant expansion and change to join the Finance team in Spain Territory.The role requires someone who has excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

General

» Revenue recognition - prorates -, licence invoicing monitorization.

» Analysis and interpretation of revenue deviations in monthly reporting.

» Control of balance sheet accounts (4309-485-465).

» Auditing - participation in the Group´s annual audit

» Support in monthly reporting.

» Preparation of the information for filing forms 303 and 349.

» Preparation of documentation required for tenders.

» Provision, application & posting of commercial commissions and bonuses.

» Forms 111 and 216. Control, management, preparation, calculation and posting.

» Freelance Accounting & payment.

» Reports download for the billing of intercompany hours and monthly report hours.

» Supervision, import and control of staff payrolls of all companies managed by Spain.

» Settlement and accounting of trainers' payrolls.

Skills

» B2 level of English required.

» C2 level of Spanish required.

» User level of Microsoft Office required.

» Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central skills, preferred.

Education & Experience

» Professional (FP) studies specializing in Finance with specific knowledge of financial accounting and tax management, or higher.

» Tax preparation experience

» Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements.
