We are hiring a Sr Manager of Logistics Networking Planning in Bloomington, MN, to lead the successful execution of logistics and supply chain initiatives across Schwan’s fulfillment network. This role focuses on optimizing operations through strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration—delivering results on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale logistics and supply chain modeling projects

• Analyze and optimize fulfillment, inventory, transportation, and warehousing strategies

• Identify and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and service enhancements

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using standardized project management methodologies

• Evaluate and select third-party partners, tools, and technologies

• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis

• Align logistics operations with broader business systems such as order management, accounting, and customer service

• Prioritize high-impact projects to support company goals

• Ensure project compliance with internal policies and manage risks proactively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field

• 7+ years of experience leading complex supply chain or logistics projects

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $ $104,625 - $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, ComputerScience or related discipline

Years of Related Experience: 7-9 years related experience in a project management role.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Expert PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Effective use of reading, writing, oral communication skills, presentation and project managementtechniques. Knowledge of and experience working in a formalized project management environment. Excellentanalytical skills and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies, from initialjustification through implementation and evaluation. Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelinesto identify and meet critical milestones.
