This role requires a confident leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee project delivery, and ensure uptime and performance of complex IT systems.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage day‑to‑day operations across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support functions.</li> <li>Lead infrastructure and application support projects through full SDLC / operational lifecycle.</li> <li>Coordinate across engineering, network operations, and support teams to ensure service availability.</li> <li>Oversee implementation and administration of infrastructure monitoring tools.</li> <li>Manage configuration, release, and deployment pipelines including CI/CD setups.</li> <li>Collaborate with technical teams on switches, routers, Oracle RAC, Ansible Tower, and related infrastructure.</li> <li>Apply PMP methodologies for project planning, scheduling, and resource management.</li> <li>Utilize JIRA and Confluence extensively for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.</li> <li>Work closely with team leads to enforce SLAs and process improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.</li> <li>Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and performance dashboards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>15+ years of experience managing large‑scale technical or infrastructure
