The right person for this role can do it all: conduct assessments, action the strategy, manage collaborators, develop communication materials, and ensure effective deployment of the plans. What will you do?

Support Global Client Services and Planning as primary communication contact at strategic and tactical levels.

  • Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness and Culture lead to support the deployment of communications strategy, processes, and playbooks.
  • Effectively lead projects to develop, deploy, and train the workforce in organizational change and communication standard methodologies.
  • Provide ongoing support for the development and distribution of standard and special communications content.
  • Help with GCS&P iConnect on SharePoint and manage the group's social content strategy through Office 365 apps like Viva Engage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or a related field. Change Management certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of dynamic experience in corporate or employee communications, with an emphasis on change management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content; creative with persuasive abilities and adept at simplifying complex ideas.
  • Technologically savvy (i.e., AI tools, Microsoft products, SharePoint, Viva Engage, efficiency apps, etc.) with a keen understanding of all types of communication channels.
  • Proven project management, organizational change, detail-orientation, and organizational skills with the ability to successfully balance multiple projects and navigate competing priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Sound and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, receptive to feedback, sense of humor, positive demeanor, and flexible.
