What You'll Get:

• Steady Hours: Bid farewell to job uncertainties. We offer at least 40 hours of work each week.
• Hourly Pay: $20 to $25
• Generous Benefits: Full-time perks, including medical, dental, vision, optional disability AD&D, PTO, holidays, 401k, and more.
• Steady Schedule: Work Monday to Friday, standard office hours. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Weekly Fuel Stipend: Up to $150.

• Proven Maintenance Expertise: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle (You will use your vehicle to drive around the properties)
• Your Own Tools
• Tech-Savviness: Smartphone and email proficiency.
