About Our Opportunity 

We are seeking a maintenance tech for our Louisville manufacturing facility. A maintenance tech is responsible for all activities associated with supporting the Press Department with print design set up, operation, clean up, and staging materials.

Responsibilities 

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair both high and low voltage systems (480V, 240V, 24VDC).
• Installation and programming of variable frequency drives.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and install mechanical gear train systems.
• Perform routine machine change-over activities which include tooling and machine parameter set-up 
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair packaging and conveyor systems
• Minor equipment fabrication.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Flexibility to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 1+ years of packaging equipment experience
• Programmable Logic Controllers experience 
• Industrial wiring experience a plus
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
