We are looking for a Configuration Associate to join our Configuration Services team within our Technology Enabled Services division. Your job will be to manage and train multiple clients at a time (all sizes and specialties) through a remote implementation of provider specific requirements from pre-go live to transition to Customer Success. You are a project manager. You use information available to you to make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems. You can effectively hold others accountable by monitoring progress and performance. You know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done and stay focused on continuous improvement.  

   

The Team: Our Client Configuration team members are experts in data collection, business translation, and configuration across segment and product agnostic work streams. Team members are responsible for working directly with clients joining the network or experiencing growth or change to collect critical data elements, translate their business structure into athenaNet, and partner with internal teams in order to drive optimal client outcomes. We guide customers through the setup process to ensure they are prepared to utilize our services.   

   

Job Responsibilities  

  • Work independently to lead, coordinate, and manage client projects simultaneously within specified timelines of go-live through transition to Customer Success Management  

  • Understand and translate clients and industry requirements by attending practice assessment calls and conducting calls as necessary to gather necessary information before go-live  

  • Train, coach, and guide clients on their configuration and the tasks that will be assigned to them  

   

Typical Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred plus 2-4 years of professional experience  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word  

  • Ability to effectively navigate and collaborate across stakeholders to achieve program goals and results  

  • Strong client facing and interpersonal relationship skills
